Michael is a Certified General Accountant with 20 years of practical, first hand business experience in planning, opening, operating, managing and growing businesses in a broad range of industries. Misam can offer much more than merely an accountant's detached and theoretical perspective because we have experienced first hand, and therefore truly understand, the unique challenges and pressures that face the small and medium business entrepreneur. Michael specializes in building repeatable systems allowing business owners to work on their business rather than in them.

Samira Boschitsch
Executive Assistance

Samira is Misam Canada Consulting's control centre. With a background in the hospitality sector, she combines qualifications such as a Swiss Food and Beverage Diploma as well as a Diploma in Hotel Management with honours from one of Switzerland's top hotel management schools, with two decades of Canadian and international hospitality and management experience. Her knowledge spans all aspects of hotel and restaurant operations and management including executive positions with groups such as Sutton Place, Four Seasons Hotels and Shangri-la. Samira translates an obsession for excellence in customer service across various industries including the multi-million dollar (and growing) petcare industry. Successes include the establishing, developing, and subsequent sale of Western Canada's premier award winning petcare facility, Camelot Dog Daycare and Spa. Our focus is our client's success and Samira's experience and uncompromising organizational abilites support our team and our customers alike.

Fritz is the focal point of Misam Canada Consulting's large business team. While the specific solutions and expertise required for major corporations may differ from the needs of small or medium size businesses, hands on exposure still trumps theoretical concepts. In addition to a master's degree in petroleum engineering, Fritz brings our clients some 36 years senior executive management experience in multinational organizations in a variety of industries.
